The support of Professor Cravotto guarantees the continuous alignment of Oleovita’s protocols with the state of the art in green chemistry and nutraceutical science.

Draws on extensive leadership experience from his previous executive role at Barilla. He provides strategic guidance in the areas of industrial positioning, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with sector standards.

His expertise supports accreditation processes with major industry operators and contributes to the integration of innovative hexane-free ingredients within established industrial frameworks.

Brings extensive experience in food innovation and industrial R&D, gained through leadership roles with companies including Ferrero (Soremartec) and Star, as well as academic activity at University of Parma.

He supports the development of alternative protein applications and the adaptation of oils and protein flours to the technical requirements of the modern food industry, ensuring readiness for large-scale industrial production.
