    Brings extensive experience in food innovation and industrial R&D, gained through leadership roles with companies including Ferrero (Soremartec) and Star, as well as academic activity at University of Parma.

    He supports the development of alternative protein applications and the adaptation of oils and protein flours to the technical requirements of the modern food industry, ensuring readiness for large-scale industrial production.
